Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Ingredients::1 stick butter1 large onion, diced1 TBSP diced garlic1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, drained, & coarsely chopped1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature8 oz sour cream 1 TBSP chili sauce¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350˚F oven.2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion & garlic until soft. 3. Turn down heat to low and add all remaining ingredients except ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.4. Pour mixture into a baking dish. (I used a large pie plate.)5. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese.6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes, until sides are bubbling and top is golden brown.7. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
